Booking FAQ
Mock oral exams typically run 1.5-2 hours, simulating a real checkride experience. Ground instruction sessions are usually 1-1.5 hours, focused on specific topics you want to cover. Session length can be customized based on your needs.
You'll need a computer or tablet with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. We use standard video conferencing software. No special aviation software is required - just come ready to discuss and demonstrate your knowledge.
We recommend scheduling a mock oral exam 1-2 weeks before your checkride. This gives you enough time to address any weak areas identified during the session. For comprehensive prep, start 4-6 weeks before your checkride date.
We understand schedules change. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. We're always happy to work with you on rescheduling.
